HelloFlo, SheKnows Media’s Women’s Health Platform, and Kimberly-Clark’s Poise Brand Collaborate to Normalize the Conversation About Light Bladder Leakage Issues Affecting 1 in 3 Women in the U.S.

“Leaks Can’t Stop Me Now” is the Second Video Produced as Part of a Multi-Brand Kimberly-Clark Partnership with HelloFlo

NEW YORK, NY – May 9, 2016 – HelloFlo, the flagship women’s health platform of SheKnows Media, a leading women’s media company with 81 million unique visitors per month* and 285 million social media fans and followers, and Kimberly-Clark’s Poise brand reveal “Leaks Can’t Stop Me Now,” a humorous musical video designed to ignite open, direct conversation about light bladder leakage issues affecting one in three women in the United States at various life stages – from post-partum to menopause.

The video is the second produced by HelloFlo as part of a year-long partnership with Kimberly-Clark’s Poise and U by Kotex brands. The collaboration kicked off in April 2016 with “Aunt Flo” for U by Kotex, which took a humorous approach to exploring women’s changing relationship with their periods over the course of their lives.

“Leaks Can’t Stop Me Now,” is the brainchild of an all-female creative team, including Naama Bloom, Founder of HelloFlo and SheKnows Media’s Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing, and award-winning filmmaker Trish Sie who is best known for directing music videos for the band OK Go.

“Light bladder leakage is something that affects so many women, but we don’t openly talk about it,” Bloom said. “In fact, some women stop doing all the things they love because of this common health issue. The Poise brand and I wondered what would happen if women were not ashamed to talk about their bodies’ ‘new normal’ following childbirth or as they enter menopause. The video that resulted, ‘Leaks Can’t Stop Me Now,’ is a joyful, celebratory answer to that.”
