SheKnows Media Welcomes Sarah Michelle Gellar as the Newest Keynote of #BlogHer16: Experts Among Us, Aug. 4-6, 2016 in Los Angeles

NEW YORK, NY – January 28, 2016 – SheKnows Media, a leading women’s media company with 92.5 million unique visitors per month* and a total reach of 256 million social media fans, today announced that award-winning actor and entrepreneur Sarah Michelle Gellar, already announced as being a part of the #BlogHer16: Expert Among Us Advisory Board, is also the newest addition to the conference’s keynote lineup. 

Gellar joins previously announced keynote speaker “The Big Bang Theory” actor, neuroscientist and STEM education advocate Mayim Bailik. #BlogHer16: Experts Among Us, expected to attract more than 3,000 content creators, social media influencers, entrepreneurs, brand executives and industry luminaries this year, is produced by SheKnows Media and will take place at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE. 

Gellar is best known for lead roles in “All My Children,” “Buffy The Vampire Slayer,” “Ringers,” “The Crazy Ones,” “Cruel Intentions,” and now as a part of the Star Wars franchise via the Rebels animated series. Onstage at #BlogHer16: Experts Among Us, she will discuss her journey from Emmy Award-winning teen actor to iconic onscreen action hero to her most recent evolution: co-founder of a venture-backed start-up. In October 2015, Gellar launched culinary lifestyle brand Foodstirs with her two co-founders, Galit Laibow and Gia Russo. One month later as a featured keynote speaker, she brought the backstory of developing Foodstirs to #BlogHerFood15, the world’s largest conference for food content creators.
